Want to join the exciting Medical Device industry?  NACS, Inc, a growing manufacturing company north of Minneapolis is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, astute, and reliable operators to join our expanding contract manufacturing division. (You will start as a contractor with the ability of becoming an employee in 3 months.)

Summary

 You will be responsible for all aspects of the production process, including: material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, warehousing, cleaning, and various support activities for the Production Services Division. You will also be responsible to ensure timely completion as well as maintaining the highest quality standards. Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the plant's needs.

Some responsibilities include

  • Following production schedule, Job Instructions and procedures
  • Assembling product according to QSR's, MP's, and other applicable company procedures
  • Packaging and label products
  • Documenting procedures by initialing and dating
  • Notifying supervisor or lead of issues or discrepancies
  • Working with minimum supervision in a fast paced highly complex and technical environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 + years' work experience
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to read and understand documents in English
  • Ability to work 3:30- Midnight Monday- Friday
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast paced highly complex and technical environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior medical device or manufacturing industry experience
  • Prior Cleanroom experience
